Ordering repeat prescriptions:
We have seen an increase in calls to the practice for repeat prescription requests during the pandemic which is delaying urgent and other health queries.
We urge all patients not to call the practice unless it is an enquiry.
All requests must be made via patient access or by completing the repeat prescription request form at the practice and placing it in the box provided.
Patient access:
Apps/websites such as ‘Patient access’ (other providers available) allows you to you’re your medical records online and request repeat medication.
If you require access please bring 1 proof of photo ID to the practice and a member of the reception team will provide you with your login details.
The Practice is pleased to provide patients with access to its Clinical System via a Secure Web Interface.
To use EMIS Patient Access you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you.
Requesting medication at the practice:
You can also request repeat prescriptions at the practice.
Please complete the repeat prescription form and place the request in the brown box which is placed in the reception area. For clinical safety reasons, reception will not be able to help you to identify the medications you require. Please bring them with you to help.
We no longer accept repeat prescription requests over the phone unless it is extremely urgent. All requests must be made using the above methods.
All medication requests can take up to 48 hours to process.
