Enhanced Access Services Survey

Primary Care Networks (PCNs) are groups of GP Practices working together as a network.  From 1 October 2022, PCNs will be commissioned to deliver Enhanced Access.  This is a fixed number of appointments provided over and above the core 8am – 6:30pm standard hours.

The purpose of this survey is to gather patient views to ensure the new service meets the needs of our local population. We hope to gather as many responses as possible to help us to shape the design of the new service.
